New Policy: Registration Open Only Two Weeks After a Course Starts
On April 1 the Wilmette Institute is inaugurating a new policy by which students may register for a course up to its starting date and for two weeks after the start date.
The purpose of the new policy is to reduce the confusion that results when learners trickle into a course up to halfway through it. Courses work better when all learners start a course at the same time and go through the units (and discussion) together. This policy change is one of several steps (including the Moodle course management system) that the Wilmette Institute is taking to upgrade its courses.
